9th Grade Welcome Letter

Dear RHS Ninth Grade Students and Parents/Guardians:

Congratulations on your promotion from 8th grade to high school! We are so proud of your accomplishment and we look forward to having you join the amazing Randolph High School community next year as the Class of 2024!!

High School is truly an exciting time in a student’s life.  During these formative, adolescent years, we always attempt to strike the perfect balance in educating the “whole child”; that is, teaching students so that they have a strong foundation of essential knowledge and skills while also introducing them to as many educational and social experiences as possible. When we are successful in achieving these dual purposes not only are students well-prepared to academically succeed in high school and beyond but they will also have an appreciation for and an awareness of many of the life experiences that help to make up a productive and happy life.

As we all know from what we experienced this spring, school will more than likely be very different next year. Though the final decisions have not yet been made, throughout the summer we will be working with the Superintendent’s office to come up with a plan that keeps everyone safe while allowing students and teachers/staff the opportunity to learn and grow together.

On behalf of the entire RHS faculty and staff, we eagerly look forward to meeting all of you in the coming year. Indeed, our work together will ensure that each of you begin to fulfill our school vision:  Each Randolph High School student will reach their full potential by demonstrating high levels of achievement and growth in an inclusive and respectful environment that honors and celebrates our diverse community.

We will send updates to all RHS families over the summer weeks so that you are able to plan accordingly. As always, if you have any questions, suggestions, or comments, please feel free to contact me directly at conardw@randolph.k12.ma.us

Sincerely,

Dr. William Conard, Principal
