RCMS Student Change of Assignment Form

Dear RCMS families, Welcome to RCMS school year 2020-2021! We are excited to support our students during the COVID pandemic of 2020. We ask families to bear with us as we adhere to COVID school opening requirements; which focuses on limiting student cohorts. As of August 26, 2020 families were asked to select the best learning platform for their child/children; whether distance learning or hybrid learning (two days in the building). Families were informed that once a learning platform was selected that no changes could be name until January. Unfortunately some request were not received by the deadline or families arrived after the deadline. This form is to address changes made after August 26, 2020.
