Codman Square Health Center Expanding Care at RHS

RPS Logo

Dear Randolph Public School Families,

Codman Square Health Center is expanding its care at Randolph High School to a full-service school-based health center, opening this fall when construction is completed and it receives Massachusetts Department of Public Health (MDPH) approvals. Codman has been providing limited health services to students over the past two years, and this expansion will allow us to offer a wider range of high-quality, convenient care at school. To honor our continued commitment to students, we will focus on student needs first and move to providing services for the community next.

Please review the attached consent form and visit this link for more information about the clinic. If you would like your child(ren) to receive care at the School-Based Health Center, you must complete a consent form. We recommend that you print and complete it now for your child(ren) so that it can be sent now or soon and remain on file prior to the need for healthcare services. You can send the completed form (one form per child) by email to CodmanRandolph@codman.org for it to be placed on file with us or bring into the clinic once it is open.

Later this winter, the clinic will open its doors to all members of the Randolph community, expanding access to comprehensive, trusted care for everyone. We will provide more information to you regarding the next phase.

Best regards,
Codman Square Health Center at Randolph High School
