Dear Randolph Public Schools Families, As you may have heard, a shooting at Monterey Park in Monterey, CA took the lives of 10 people and left at least 10 others injured earlier this weekend during the Lunar New Year celebrations. As a district that has 16.3% Asians and Pacific Islanders, we feel compelled to let you know that our thoughts and prayers are with the victims and their families, especially our AAPI community.
We are very excited to share important news that will improve health care access for our students. The Randolph Public Schools District and the town of Randolph have partnered with Codman Square Health Center (Codman) to open a School-Based Health Clinic (SBHC), located at Randolph High School (RHS).
We are working closely with the RCMS administrators to guarantee that our placement expectations and recommendations continue to be consistent with the demands and rigor of high school. All classes, regardless of the level, are designed to address college preparation.
On December 9, 2022, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) expanded the use of updated (bivalent) COVID-19 vaccines for children ages 6 months through 5 years. Now virtually all children across the Commonwealth are eligible to get the updated vaccine.
If you or a family member are looking for help with mental health or substance use, Care Solace can help you quickly find treatment options matched to your needs regardless of the circumstance. Care Solace is a complimentary and confidential service provided to students, staff, and their families by Randolph Public Schools.
Congratulations to RHS student Christian Ivester winner of the inaugural Randolph Reads Connected Community Challenge! Chris has won a gift card to a Randolph restaurant or store of his choice!
