Hello and Welcome Back Young Families and Community Members!
We hope this letter finds each of you well, having had time to enjoy family time this summer. We also hope you made many visits to the Turner Free library!
The window and door project is coming to a close. The building is brighter as a result and insulation against sound and weather is much improved.

Ms. Horgan will be teaching grade 2.
Ms. Correia will be an inclusion teacher.
Ms. Levitz will be teaching grade 1.
Ms. DiRusso welcomed Talia to her family this summer. She will return from maternity leave sometime in November.
Ms. Landreth is spending time with her family this year and will not be teaching.
Mr. Morong will be at Young and Lyons. He will be at Young on Wednesday mornings, Thursdays, and Fridays.
Before/After School Care:
The new provider is the YMCA. Information is on the website and on DOJO.
Open House is Monday, August 26th, from 5 – 7. Join us for a great start to the school year.
First day for students in grades 1 – 5 is Tuesday, August 27th
K screening is Wednesday, August 28th. Please schedule with the Family Registration Office, 781 961 – 6247
First day for K is Tuesday, September 3rd
