  • Reminder about the flu

According to the Center for Disease Control, “the flu and the common cold are both respiratory illnesses but they are caused by different viruses. Because these two types of illnesses have similar symptoms, it can be difficult to tell the difference between them based on symptoms alone. In general, the flu is worse than the common cold, and symptoms are more common and intense. Colds are usually milder than the flu.”

  • PRE-K Activities & Online Resources

As school’s close for a period of time due to the Corona Virus, the Pre-K staff put together a packet to keep the students learning and engaged during the time. Included in this packet are ideas to do for each day, suggestions and tips for speech and language, fine motor skills and gross motor (movement) skills. Please utilize the pages in the packet to complete the activities with your children. Some activities are activities that have been done and will serve as a review while others will serve as a preview of what they will learn when they return to school.
