Please note that, due to high volume, iParent access will not be granted until after the first few weeks of school. 
 
GENERAL:
1        iParent is provided solely for access to academic and attendance data of student records  for which you have custodial access.
1        The Randolph Public Schools accepts no responsibility for the unauthorized use of a username and password.  If you believe your username and/or password have been stolen or otherwise compromised, contact your child’s school immediately.
1        The iParent system uses SSL encryption for the protection of student data.  This encryption is an industry standard used by many on-line retailers and banks.
1        Most email communication is not encrypted and privacy cannot be expected.  Emailcommunication between parents/guardians and teachers should be kept toan informational dialog such as grade received or meeting dates.  Information that is personal in nature should not be communicated via email but in a direct manner such as a teacher conference.
 
IT IS A CONDITION OF YOUR USE OF THIS SERVICE THAT YOU WILL NOT:
1        Disclose your username/password to anyone.
1        Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your identity.
1        Upload,post, email or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful,harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, invasive ofanother’s privacy, hateful or otherwise objectionable.
1        Collect, store or share personal data about persons for which you are not specifically authorized.
 
Violation of Terms and Conditions:
Shouldyou violate the Terms and Conditions or any other rights of RandolphPublic Schools, its students, staff or parent/guardians, we reserve theright to pursue any and all legal equitable remedies, including, withoutlimitation, terminating any and all user accounts.
